FAQ
Questions you might have
Straight answers — no jargon. Pricing is scoped on a free chat; I do not publish rate cards here.
How does pricing work?
Every project is scoped to your needs. I start with a free chat, then send a clear written proposal with exactly what is included — no surprise fees later. I do not publish rate cards on the site because every business is different; we talk it through first.
What is Live-Link Staging?
Before you sign, I build a working preview of your site on a real link so you can see loading speed, layout, and overall fit — not mockups or promises. It is the fastest way to know what you are getting.
How long does a website project take?
Most core builds take about 7–14 business days from Site DNA approval to launch. Rebuilds with migration typically run 14–21 business days. I will give you a clear timeline in your proposal.
I am nervous about hiring someone for my website. How do I know you will deliver?
That is exactly why I use Live-Link Staging — you see a real working site before you commit. You also work with me directly from first chat to launch, get one clear revision round, and receive a written scope up front.
Do you offer help after the site goes live?
Yes. Steady Care covers hosting, monitoring, and minor monthly updates. You can scale up, pause, or stop with reasonable notice — no long-term lock-in.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Local service providers, contractors, medical and professional practices, retail operators, and solo businesses — mainly in South Georgia, but I work with clients nationwide remotely.
Do I need to pay a lot for hosting?
Usually very little monthly. I build on modern edge platforms with generous free tiers. You will need a domain name (around $10–15/year), and I help you set that up.
Do you build custom software or automate spreadsheets?
Yes — that is my background. I spent 15 years as a software engineer, so alongside websites I take on custom software case by case: turning manual processes and overgrown spreadsheets into real tools, connecting the apps you already use, and building small internal dashboards or apps. If you have a process that eats your time, mention it on our chat and I will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.
Do you run Google or Facebook ads?
I help you launch and advise — setting up conversion tracking, structuring the account, and telling you what to fix before you spend — but I am an advisor, not a full ad-management agency. You or your media buyer runs the day-to-day campaigns and owns the ad budget. It works best once you have a solid site to send traffic to.
How do we get started?
Book a free chat through the contact form or email me. We will talk about your business and goals; if it looks like a fit, I will send a proposal with next steps.
